One&Only is an exceptional collection of one-of-a-kind resorts and private homes located in the world’s most inspiring destinations. Designed in harmony with nature and immersed in local culture, each one-off resort has its own distinct narrative and charisma. The collection includes destinations across the world, from Greece and Mexico, to Mauritius and Rwanda, with future resorts including Big Sky, Montana.


As global agency of record for Kerzner International, we act as strategic partner focusing on brand-building for One&Only, extending a legacy of A-list popularity and reputation of excellence to reach new audiences, deliver culture-shifting experiences and achieve brand fame globally.

Since 2023, Camron has conceived, led and delivered the global communications and talent strategy for several resort launches, including the Grand Opening of One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai and the Grand Opening Party for One&One Aesthesis in Athens, Greece.



For both launches, our role has incorporated ownership of the content delivery in partnership with Getty, red carpet management, and an entertainment and celebrity acquisition strategy, with direct oversight securing headline talent stays (Vanessa Hudgens, Kate Hudson, Chanel Iman) including the surprise performance by Jennifer Lopez at One&Only One Za’abeel.


Our remit spans global communications, including hubbing, strategy and content delivery across 10 markets as Kerzner’s global mother agency. We also undertake dedicated earned press campaigns for One&Only, such as crafting architectural storytelling and landing international feature placements for the landmark One Za’abeel building, leading to the Dezeen accolade of ‘best skyscraper of the year’.

We have also spearheaded global partnerships with the aim of building fame and awareness amongst relevant audience interest areas. In 2024, we executed a partnership with Net-a-Porter for its Summer Escape 2024 at the newly opened One&Only Kéa Island resort, bringing together NAP’s top customers and fashion KOLs for a three-day itinerary to enjoy and promote the best of the Greek Island.
