Flynn McGarry is a New York-based chef and restaurateur. He began cooking at the age of 10 and, while still a teenager, worked in top restaurants such as Alma and Eleven Madison Park.
He gained international recognition at a young age and opened his acclaimed New York City restaurant, Gem, at 19. His journey and rise in the culinary world were shown in Chef Flynn, a documentary film that premiered nationwide in the US.
We began working with McGarry ahead of the opening of his New York home goods store and café, Gem Home. Our goals were to refine his personal brand messaging, increase media visibility of Gem Home, and strengthen McGarry’s presence in the design industry.
Before Gem Home’s launch, we organized media preview visits with top-tier journalists and hosted a larger press preview event, resulting in international coverage in The New York Times, Vogue, New York Magazine, Eater, Surface, and more. We arranged an exclusive online and video at-home feature in The World of Interiors, further establishing McGarry’s design expertise.
We connected McGarry with like-minded brands and companies such as Louis Poulsen and Farrow & Ball, which led to fruitful partnerships ahead of his new openings.
During our continued collaboration with Chef Flynn McGarry, we prepare for his most ambitious launch yet: Cove, a fine dining restaurant set to open in downtown Manhattan in fall 2025.
