Royalmount, a new retail and lifestyle destination in Montreal, launched in September 2024 as the leading commercial real estate development in North America.
Royalmount balances a world-class retail offering including flagship stores from the likes of Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany &Co., Versace and Saint Laurent, with cutting edge sustainability credentials as the first 100% carbon neutral mixed-use development in North America and the largest LEED Gold-certified retail project in Canada.

Expansive in size - a 14,300,000 sq ft site once complete - and in ambition, as Royalmount has set a new blueprint for sustainable development, the project required a communications partner with the ability to work across several sectors, manage a complex stakeholder network and build momentum in the media over several project milestones.

For a project of this scale and complexity, we were enlisted from an early stage to set the strategy for communications to reach corporate and consumer audiences.
From strategic work that encompassed stakeholder engagement, consumer communications and brand partnerships, Camron became an instrumental delivery partner in the years leading up to the public launch. We worked across paid brand partnerships, content creation and media relations to raise brand awareness in key target demographics.
